Trouble Connecting to Toontown

Is anyone else having trouble getting on toontown? I tried 3 times, but I just can't get on. It gets to the screen that says it's connecting, but then that's it. I have tried everything to get out of it, but nothing has worked. I usually have to shut the computer off and try again.


I tried sending a bug report and this is what popped up.

I am a paying customer and I'm getting really frustrated. Can anyone tell what the problem could be?

I cant get in either and posted in another thread about it.

I can get into the test server but not LE.

A few things:

-How are you trying to launch the game, via the Play button on the website, or one of the shortcuts in TTwindow.zip?

The shortcuts can get around a lot of browser problems, BUT, it will not succeed at launching the game if an update is required.

If trying via the Play button, try the shortcut, if trying with the shortcut, try the Play button.

-What error are you getting? Check the end of the toontown.log file in your Toontown folder. (C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\) It will be named something like "toontown-030304185041.log", the numbers are year/month/day/hour/minute/second that the log was created.

Are you using a firewall, and do you have the necessary ports open?

Try posting the last part of your log here, so we can see what's going on.

I'm trying to log on with the play button. I don't get an error message while trying to log on. It goes to the connecting screen and after a few minutes I get tired of waiting, so I try to disconnect, but it won't let me out. I didn't know there was a shortcut.

I just verified that the Play button isn't working right. I posted the fix to the main page here, in the News.
