Need some advice please

With Lil Scrat bugged and only able to get for fun tasks Im wondering if I should take any of those tasks. A quick recap Lil Scrat is bugged now at 96 where no +laff tasks are offered. I have the carry 80 gags and 250 beanz tasks in progress and 2 empty tasks.

Should I wait for a reply from Disney about the bug and leave the tasks blank or take some of the for fun ones and see what happens? Id rather not have huge fun tasks to do if disneys fix is to make +laff tasks available again. On the other hand if the fix is to adjust the toons laff then it wouldnt matter. has anyone else had this fixed that can tell how Disney went about fixing this? Scrat still has the 80 gag and beans tasks to go so I dont think they are causing the problem.

I dont clearly remember but I think at the end of the Burrrgh tasks Lil Scrat was 58. I hear that may have been when the bug actually started.

I would leave the tasks open for the time being.

Although Disney's current "fix" for this is just to edit the Toon to have the correct Laff, they might try changing the task structure to allow getting the Laff Tasks. In that case, Lil Scrat would be a good check for the updated Task system.

I have the same problem with one of my toons, stuck at a 99 LP, while he also has his 80 bag done and is carrying 250 beans.

PLUS, he has yet to be offered his 5,000 jellybean bank!

I have since gone fishing and caught 20 species, bringing this toon up to a 101, but to date, I am still carrying 2 emtpy tasks myself, because I am being offered nothing but "for fun" tasks.

I need a 1 pt laff boost task for eons now and can't seem to get it.

I wish I could offer you a suggestion, but I am still waiting for an answer to my own prayers regarding the same problem.

However, I have decided to at least work on JBeans.. but since I am still stuck with a 2500 bean bank, there's only so many bean tasks a toon can do!

do i understand this right? you still have to complete the task that lets you carry 80 gags? if so, i think you have to complete that one before it will give you more to get laffs. if you need help finishing that one, pm me a code and i'll help you.

now i have a question that is similar (sp?). on one of toons i created a mouse and i wanted to get the fun tasks where it makes you small. i have only had 1 fun task offered that gave me the small option. i have not been able to get any more for small, i get all the rest of the fun tasks. i even thought if i just did some of the other fun tasks that it would eventually give me the small again but it hasnt. has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah my husband Jester The Master Quacker has that problem with the small JFF task. You only get 1 type of JFF (Big, small, invis, etc) per task set. The only way to get it again is when you move on to the next set. If you are a maxed toon I don't think you can get it again but then he hasn't done all of the JFF tasks now that's he's maxed and he got the Small JFF out of that last set. Does anyone know what comes after all of the JFF when you've completed all of the DL task and are maxed?

I would only take the jellybean reward tasks...and shop around for generic cog ones. They are a breeze to complete. You'd be able to finish them in a hurry once you hear from WDW that you can get LP tasks again.

i'm not sure that's correct. i didnt have any problems w/my queen daphne featherbumper toon getting no color jff task throughout her time getting maxxed. also on the toon i was talking about w/the problem, i dont seem to have any problems getting other jff tasks. i get the flat one everywhere! also after you are maxxed you can still get the jff tasks. they just last longer after you're maxxed, i get the no color look for 30 days now.

One of my toons has gotten her final 1+laff for 1000 cogs anywhere, she hasn't even accepted the task of carry 250 beans yet iether. Now that it's not even necessary (what's an extra 50 beans in my pocket?) I don't think I am going to have her get the carry bean task.

My other maxed toons are getting JFF (change character looks), ALL the time. Even after I complete one, let's say for example Small Toon - I then turn in one for beans, and get offered the Small Toon JFF task yet again.

Other than fishing, I haven't had any problems with my maxed toons. JFF tasks that change your look and JFF tasks for beans, are offered profusely.
