Can anybody explain to me how this is possible?

My cousin sent me these photos of when he was about to CJ today. He claimed he saw a 91 without a suit in the CJ lobby jumping around and being rather obnoxious. Apparently, a 109 teleported to her and was without his suit as well. Only one thing I want to know, how is this possible?

Thats a glitch. You can do that if someone is trying to get on the elevator but cant and you tp to them.

Off topic: Carlie, I still havent seen you on TT. Have you been on lately? If you have, that weird bug is still going on.

there is a glitch, that I'm not going to say how it's done, but you can enter the VP/CFO/CJ lobby without your suit on. Even if you don't have your suit. :P
It's sort of fun to do with friends or something, but it is rather annoying when toons do it at CCG runs and stuff..
