Swimming Bug

Sorry I didn't get a screen shot, but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.....

I was swimming in the creek at my estate and when I tried to jump out I didn't come out of the water, but continued swimming under the land. When I hit tab and changed my view I could see a shadow of the land above me and all of the landscape such as trees and houses as if looking through water or a dirty window. I was able to move around freely throughout my estate and only came back to land when I went back into the water.

I couldn't remember how to do the screenshot. Sorry!
