My Son's Pumpkin Head is Gone!!! HELP!!

I wasn't sure where to ask this, but I figured it might be a glitch.

My son is very, very upset. He got his pumpkin head today. Then sometime today while he was playing, he went into Hibernation Vacation and turned himself white. After the white "wore off", his pumpkin head didn't come back. I had him log off, and when he came back on, his pumpkin head was still gone. I even checked around 2 am to see if it was back and it wasn't.

Now to some people this might not be a big deal, but to a kid who loves Toontown, and has been waiting for this all month, it is a really big deal.

He is a 108. He has throw, squirt, lure, and sound maxed. He is a Bean Counter level 6 for Cashbot and a Glad Hander level 5 for Sellbot. He has done all this by himself. Playing Toontown is his reward for good grades, good behavior...etc.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas how to get it back?

There is no warning that doing certain things or tasks that change your apperance will make you lose the pumpkin head.

Theres NO way to get it back,you have to get it next year because toontowns servers Only let you get it once a year

Well, If he lost it yesterday,There is a a small chance he can get it back today.

i sent you a pm too...i seen in another post that you can trick or treat on halloween again and get it back then...dont know if its true or not but worth trying

Well it's bcuz your son went in Hibernation Vaction.That changed his toons apperance therefore changing the head.
Im sry to hear but the head will not come back(MABEY A 5% CHANCE IT WILL)

I turned in a task yesterday thinking it was for jellybeans, but apparently it made me colorless. So I lost my pumpkin head, that's ok, I get annoyed with it every year!

Aww, im sorry.
Their is no way to get it back.
I unfortunatly had to learn this the hard way last year, when I turned in a small toon task.
He can always get on another toon and get it.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their comments. It is sad. I really think they should warn us that doing certain things can make you lose it.

Thanks for being so understanding. I know to some people this is a dumb thing to be sad about. If it was me, I wouldn't care. I just am sad for my 11 year old son who cares a lot.

Now to just get his smile back. I guess I will be playing Toontown a lot today. He just got his lawbot suit and is excited to do the CJ for the first time.

Does your pumpkin head go away if you turn in a task, like Lil' Oldman, or a gag track?

Only if it's a task that changes your Toon's appearance (like the tasks that reward with Big Head, Tiny Head, Flat Profile, and those other ones).
