OMG what happened to the flower in daisy gardens!?!?!?!?

I went to daisy gardens and when I saw the flower IT WAS REALLY SHORT WHAT THE HECK what causes this XD.

The flower actually goes up and down slowly. You probably just happened to tp to the playground while it was in down-mode.

I've heard people say that if DG is crowded, the flower will be high, if DG isn't crowded, the flower will be low. Were you in a quiet district? Or maybe it works as how Mr. Kippy said, closer you get, higher the flower gets, farther you get, lower the flower gets.

you caught it when it was down

I find that it's usually up when you're in a busy district like Nutty Summit or River but when you're in an empty playground, it's always low.
