glitch with some of the toons you rescue

glitch with some of the toons you rescue
Was this set up this way or are we getting riped off with some of the toons we save in the vp battle. When you call some of these toons there gags do not work alote of them has been the toon up gag and I was just woundering if they done this on perpuse or maybe it is a mistake please let me know

As discussed earlier when the use the kiss and the sparkle they are not tu gags. the sparkle is a garunteed hit and the kiss is a restock gags.
