trouble with cashbot hq

Every time I go into cashbot hq, I have the same problem. I keep moving, and the cogs and trains are moving, but none of the toons are. I cant teleport to anyone or talk to anyone. I guess I am stuck to everyone else, but on my screen Im still moving. I have sent in a ton of bug reports, and I get the same response from Disney. It basically says I am lagging, and to try adding more memory or upgrade my video card. Ive been playing for almost a year on the same computer, with no problems. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this? I am trying to max cashbot, and its almost impossible to do now. Everywhere else I go, it works fine. I thought about reinstalling the game, but it takes about 4 hours since I am stuck with dial up, and Im not sure it would do any good. Thanks everybody!

Dialup phails, and I think that if Toontown gets alot more members, Disney will set the minimum connection speed to (more than dialup).

It seems like it is is a lag problem. Your best bet it to upgrade your video card and or get more memory. I'm not sure if dial up is a major factor or not since I still lag there sometimes on even on a cable connection. Upgrading to broadband may not be such a bad idea either.

Believe me I would love to have dsl, broadband, something other than dial up. But unfortunatley, that is all they have where I live, which is in the middle of nowhere. Unless I get it through directv, and that is way too expensive! Thanks for the help though.
