bug problem!!!!?

When I go on to toontown I go to the blue downloading screen and when I do it keeps on coming in and shuting it down. It says that it updating toontown, removing files. And then it shut down on me. did anyone had that problem. If so can you please tell me what going on and how do I fix it. Anyone that helps, thank you.

p.s I need to do it quick before i get into that golfing tournament.
