That's what happens when the program doesn't tell the toon how to stand...it's the default toon position.
Sometimes toons lock up like that when going thru a door, or in a bugged battle... Been a while since I've seen that happen.

It happens a lot on 3-D graphic games. On America's Army Online, that happened when there was a particularly slow server or something. One time i saw that happen to 4 toons, they were all standing like that around a cog. I looked very strange lol

Its a new form of toon meditation.... try it... helps deal with the infamous "elevator shuffles"!!!
