Unhappy Toon-up bug

This one has driven me bonkers for a while. If a toon-up gag does its minimum healing, my toons get no credit for the gag. I've seen this happen with three different toons, and it's really frustrating when trying to train TU.

I'm using TU when they can be used, no higher level TU than cogs present (Megaphone and Lipstick in The Brrrgh several times yesterday and today for example.)

How about it TT developers? Can you help a toon help other toons and get credit for doing so?

Im pretty sure when the gag doesn't do its max heal its counted as if it "missed"

note how tU has an accuracy next to it. (that's not "perfect")

This isn't actually a glitch - it's the way that Toon-Up "misses." Otherwise, Toon-Up would "hit" all the time and that would make it too easy to get skill points for.

Hmm I didn't know that! That explains alot. Heres a question.
If your toonup heals less then its minimum will it give credit?
Say you use Pixies dust on a toon who only needs 10 laff, will you get credit?

I'm not completely sure on this one, but I think you don't. A good way to know right away is whether or not the Toon you're healing says a one-word phrase (i.e. "ha" or "heh" = no credit) or a two-word phrase (i.e. "Tee hee" or "HA HA" = credit).

Hope that helps...
