caught in a homepage-redirect cycle! help!

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm an old member of toontown, but I haven't played in a while. I went to log onto toontown.com yesterday and this happened:
The browser went to:
http://play.toontown.com/webHome.php
then very quicly went to:
http://play.toontown.com/test/browserTest.php?r=141617
then after a couple of seconds it went to:
http://play.toontown.com/test/browserTestResult.php
then back to the webHome url (with some ?=##### after the name) and back through the cycle.

So basically my browser kept cycling through these urls and it never loaded up the toontown homepage. I live-chatted with a toontown tech support person (found the url via google), and he suggested updating some windows stuff. I went ahead and updated everything. Well, the end result is the problem is still happening! Anyone know how to fix this one?
