You stand on the isalnd & jump as far back as you can,open you're sshticker book & right before hiting the water,then "Go Home" on the map & go forward as fast as you can takes practice...

its less higher but:
jumpback in water open book, wack on land jump up and down but hopefully it sometimes works when your in the air and your flying ( sorry if u dont under stand other one is better )
