Weird Bug!

I installed toontown on my sister's computer and notice 3 very odd things about how it was working

1:the was no music only sound effects (when I checked my shticker book it said it was on) I cannot really prove that...

2: the piano at my estate was completely white except for the keys as you can see in this pic

3:The loading of neighborhoods 1 went to 399% and did not stop...as you can see in this closeup

I am reinstalling it right now I hope it will fix the problems...

Did that mean the 399 went to 400 and 401 and so on?

That happened to me a lot when i used to play.The percent went above 100 to 200 then back down to 80 then to like 150 then to 70 ugh it was annoying.The reason why some of that was probably happening is maybe because it was still loading bits of the game in at the time.
