Bug or NOT
When I tried logging in to play my favorite game this morning, I find that I have been suspended for 72 hours. However, I have no idea why this happened because to my knowledge I have done nothing to warrant this action. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to contact Disney with no success. It appears that I have no choice but to wait until the account is reactivated. This is very upsetting, frustrating and so unfair to say the least. Has anyone ever experienced this? Since I am not able to speak with the people at Disney who manage accounts, maybe somebody can shed some light on to what possibly might have caused this drastic action on their part. I did purchase a couple of Disney mugs from Ebay, and I wonder if that upset them to the point of suspending me since they didn't sell the item to me?
