i paid but.

ok today is sunday and yesterday at 6:15pm eastern time i paid for my account and now it's 11:05am an my account says unable to play.. and i called the phone support and it said that there regualr time hours for sat-sun
are 12:00pm-4:00pm and is my account not working caz they weren't working? caz it hasn't been the time they said
