O.o.... okay well, I was stuck in a building for a while then logged out, hey, it's a fact of toontown, right? when I logged back on, It showed this...
weird... it's never happened before...

That's normal.
Whoever you were in the bldg with disco'd and the game hadn't realized they were gone, so it held you captive in the bldg, until you alt'd out.
Once you came back, the game still thinks you're in the bldg and whenever the person finally leaves Toontown, you do (well I did) some sort of funky dance down the street and then the bldg turns back into the shop.

It doesn't take that long to wait it out. It's just like when someone disco's in the CJ/CFO and VP.
