Suspended 4 No reason at all
Has anyone ever gotten the Disney e-mail that goes: You have been suspended for breaking one of the rules and all you have to do with Disney is the ToonTown website for no apparent reason? I heard about the true friends and how that might mess up your ToonTown account but I didn't have anything else and it said i broke the code of conduct...
Can anyone give me a clue on how to fix it or why it happened? |

You're not alone...
Ooof. Look through some of the suspension threads...this is happening to a lot of people. I haven't gotten an email whatsoever, but I was put on a 72 hour suspension for...umm...ya got me. I don't think I'll ever know...but I'm pretty sure I haven't done anything wrong. (Please people, don't go on about how I glitch or hack or this or that...I don't.) So, I guess, don't take it too personally...hopefully they'll sort this out soon.
Footnote: I'm currently in my 2nd day of withdrawal. Wish me luck. |

If you're really innocent, then what's happening really stinks.
If you hacked into your Toontown files so you could do those "cool" glitch looking things, then I don't feel bad for you. Just email Disney and ask if they can be more specific as to what you supposedly did. Oh and elevator shuffling is just a part of Toontown. You don't get suspended for that. |

I'm glad you understood what I was saying. I didn't want to come across as tho you were guilty. I have a DXD account, but I haven't had any problems (as of yet). I hope you get this resolved and Disney compensates you for days missed. You should request the days they suspended you to be put back on your account. Good Luck

Does it say We're Sorry! Based on a violation of the House Rules, we have suspended ________ account for 72 hours.
To release your account from this suspension your parent needs to log in below. Parent, please login below to review and accept our Terms of Use and House Rules. Does yours say that? Thats what myn says and it showed 2 teapots. LOL |
