Game keeps robbing me of my health and gags

This keeps happening to me and it's making me want to quit. Again today I was battling the VP. I had all gags, all the way up to the very top gags. Wedding cake, Ladder, Train, Geyser, Cruise Liner, . The toon next to me went sad after being hit by all four skelecogs in a row, but I had plenty of life and could easily have beaten the remaining skelecogs as they were all red. Suddenly my toon pulls out the black circle and jumps into it leaving the battle. It puts me back at the playground, Sad, without any gags. This is making the game miserable to play. All that work and toontown keeps robbing me of it over and over again. I am ready to quit I'm so frustrated from doing all this work only to lose it thanks to some glitch in their program.

Is it even worth contacting Toontown over this? I'm guessing they won't restore my health or gags.

Have you sent a bug report in to Disney? It probably wouldn't help, but atleast they would be aware of the situation so they can fix it.

Yes I've sent one. Just as I've done dozens before about the same glitch. I've heard from many other toons since posting this. They've all had the same problem and let me know this is a problem TT is well aware of, but hasn't fixed.

It happens to me too. But do you know how i think this as?


I think of it as a penalty death. When someone dies, TT maybe put this in to give a penalty to a random toon. (Would be good if it knew which toon to kill)

Ithappened to me in a bullion..... I was at 76 laffs, and then I saw my gags, was bout to choose my wed cake, and POP! I' back in the playground with no laffs!

its called the sad glitch, on a server this big its hard to keep everything perfect sometimes a bug just gets in and makes u go sad from the person next to you. There is no saying when it will occur or anything. The onyl thing it does benefiticial is it makes u want to keep the other toons alive so you dont die. This is most common in THE Factory and VP but ESPECIALLY VP when someone on your side does the glitch... This happens to everyone...

ME TO!!! It keeps on robbing my level 7 gags and my heath. I just got my new opera voice and it is there for like 10 minutes then it just poofed away! It happens to my other level 7 gags too.
I am SOOOOOO!!!!! Mad! SO I have to start all over again to get my level 7 gag!!!!

Oh this is SO good to know! I was in VP last night and there were only three on our side in the upper battle. Unfortunately one toon went sad pretty quick and then before I knew it, the other toon I was with jumped into their black hole. I thought they'd just bailed on me, but it was probably this bug. I was disappointed for awhile because I tried to stall as much as possible so that the other side would finish and hopefully come help me, but I went sad too. Very good to know. And now I feel bad for that other toon that probably went sad for no reason! :-(

That happened to me when I was playing. It was just letting the cog hit me and then the next thing I know Im back in the playground. I was in Donalds Dream Land fighting a number cruncher and I ended back at toontown central. It was horrible. Getting you laugh back if you are 96 is a pain the the bum

This has happened to me before, mostly in the VP, but sometimes, when my friend and I are playing our cats, we will be in a building, and he will go sad, when he had like 6 laff left, then I will jump from 20 laff to 26 laff, then go sad after loosing those 6 laff points.
It's quite annoying, but now I rarely see a toon go sad in the VP because I have TU unites, and can avoid having that glitch happen.
