Toontown ActiveX control wont download...

i cant get Toontown ActiveX control to download.i have to download toontown on my dads computer because my sis has our old computer so i need to know if anybody knows how to doenload Toontown ActiveX control a different way.

That's been happening to me for two months! *gasps* And it's at my dad's house too. Weird... and I dunno becuz I've tried everything to try to help it, but after I tried everything, it still won't work.

Are you using IE? If you are:
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Enable ActiveX Controls
