Gain Laff While in Cog HQs

I'm sorry if there is already a thread on this, but just want to share something that happened to me.

I was in SBHQ in Toon Valley. I teleported to a friend in Nutty River. I got the message that she was at a Toon's estate who I was not friends with, so I ended up back in SBHQ in Nutty River. I noticed that I was gaining laff points, as if in a playground. It must have thought I was at the estate or something. I've only had it happen once, it's not tested. Try it if you want, I'm not sure if it will work or if it's related to something else.

A similiar thing happened to me before. A SF and I came out of a DA and we were standing in LBHQ, and all of the sudden both of us started to gain laff points. No idea how that happened...
