I too have problems with the new update...
Whenever I'm done with a VP or CFO fight, TT closes.
Swoooosh, gone.. have to log in again...

Another thing I noticed, when I first logged in after the update, was that I only had access to TT Central... weird, since I'm a 108 laff with access to all.
That did go away though after flipping pages in sthicker book.

Locked Out!!!

I have the same problem. I was ok on Sunday then Monday I couldn't get in. I've been locked out of test since early November with Disney just telling me that not everyone is suitable for the test. Well, okay, I guess. But now it's on the open, so obviously whatever they added to the test is affecting the open now. Disney told me to submit a bug report, but I can't get far enough into the site to submit a bug report. Does anyone have any suggestions???

I am too having the same issues with toontown not working on my computer and also the same issue misslilo had also. I was in cfo yesterday on my laptop and once i was done with the cfo battle, toontown closed on me too.

Just came out of live chat support and of course they said well this is a new issue to submit a bug report. I said this is not new this is the same issue i had yesterday and besides i can't submit a bug report because the agent yesterday made me uninstall toontown from the computer so don't have any attach log files to send. So he says well there nothing much more i can do to help you with regarding this issue what you can do is submit an email or try toontown again later. Then he says well you might be getting that message in error and someone is looking into the matter.

Why won't they just admit that toontown going down for maintenance last night fixed absolutely nada or that they are still trying to fix it. not give me this is a new issue line.

I'm not having a problem actually playing, but getting the same problem as a couple of others. After dance in factory, DA, VP, CFO, and probably mint and CJ too, I will just disco to the report a bug page. It doesn't happen every time, but enough to be annoying. Just thankful I can get on and the disco waits till AFTER the dance. I notice we are seeing a totally different screen before TT loads now - black with something about macromedia flash and TT launcher...not the exact words, but close enough.

Something funny is going on here. Macromedia Flash Player no longer exists, it was bought out by Adobe around 6 months to a year ago so is actually Adobe Flash Player. You would think TTO would have known such a thing.

I re-built my desktop computer, everything on it is up to date, including Adobe Flash Player 9, and I cannot even get to the pick a toon page on both test and open. On my lappy, every time I get onto test it promptly throws me off unless I am gardening.

I did send a bug report and got the usual canned response to update my drivers and directx, although there is a new version of directx. As I have just re-built my computer, I have only just downloaded the latest drivers so this advice seems quite absurd.

Well, I'm glad to know it's not just me (or my computer) but I actually uninstalled it, and can't even get to the install part now. So, I can't give them the files they ask for either.

I manually attached a blank text file and told them why.

The latest from the morons at Live Chat is that they hope to have it fixed by tomorrow, which is the exact same thing they said yesterday. Phone call time.

I know the feeling. I feel the exact same way you do. I was going to go to live chat again but figure why bother I'll get the same generic answer which would tick me off more than i am. Atleast I do have my lap top to play toontown on in the meantime.

HELP! Everytime I go to www.toontown.com I get this sign that says

But nothing happened to our computer! So my mom read it and it said we needed to download something, even though we already had/have it, so my mom went and downloaded it again, and it still won't work! I don't know what to do, please help!

Something simular happend to me. when plaing the troley, i was minding my own bisness when all of a sudden TT closes and I cant get back on. aperently I played till mid nite and an update went and it cut me off untill 6:00 am.

of topic: (to KittyMama) I added you to my list for mod on my forum or whatever its called for all. your also on my buddies list.

I don't know about other posters here, but I was in the middle of dinner when you posted this.

What are the specs of your computer? Hard drive size, memory amount, graphics drivers, etc? If you are using Windows XP, did you download Service Pack 2? Is your version of Windows fully updated? It is hard to offer suggestions when I don't know what you are working with.
