It just sends me to the sorry you don't have the minimum requirements page. I have had to reinstall it before and it does start when you click on play or login. It is not doing that now. I guess from what everyone has said I just have to wait it out.

Someone else said they tried to send a bug report. I had the same problem as you...no phase1.log file. Oh well like I said I guess we just have to wait for it to get fixed I just hope that is soon.

Go to live chat. They won't help, but at least the problem will be reproted. The more complaints, the more likely they are to Do Something.

My lappy isn't great but it more than meets the requirements needed to play TT. I was having major graphical issues only on test since the last update, can't even go fishing anymore. I had no problems on open until today when the latest update was downloaded. I'm not having any problems getting onto TT, but when I do I can't play because of these.

I was going to send a bug report but I expect i'll just be told to update my drivers which unfortunately I cannot as ATI no longer support the card I have, oof.

I'm pretty sure the only browser they support is Internert Explorer, which is already on your computer, try using that.

You know the loading screen that comes up before the windows accounts or desktop shows up? What does it usually say?

When I click "play now" on the site. This comes up:

Your system does not meet the minimum requirements. We recommend the following:

To browse Web site content, download, & play Toontown:
Adobe Flash Player 8+
PC running Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, or later with Internet Explorer 5.01 (or newer) OR
Mac OSX 10.4 with Safari 2.0 or later

I'm new - but it's this same problem that brought me here. (

Hopefully it'll go away tomorrow? *crossing fingers*

Toontown won't let me log in?

I've got Windows XP, and IE7 and Adobe Flash 9.0.28.0 ( IE and Flash newly upgraded after this problem occured) but I'm still getting this message:

Your system does not meet the minimum requirements. We recommend the following:

To browse Web site content, download, & play Toontown:
Adobe Flash Player 8+
PC running Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, or later with Internet Explorer 5.01 (or newer) OR
Mac OSX 10.4 with Safari 2.0 or later

I tried to uninstall/reinstall Toontown. The uninstall worked fine, but I get the above message when I try to reinstall. I've given Toontown full access on my firewall.

Sunday night the game worked fine, Monday morning all this happened! I emailed TTO, no response yet.

Can anyone here help? Do I have some setting that I need to change? I didn't do anything to my computer between that Sunday night when it was working fine and Monday when it denied me access.

Yes. Live Chat today said they would be doing a fix tonight. Well, they went down for maintenance as promised, but no fix. And not much we can do until chat opens in the morning.
GRRRRRR!!!
