3)go in front of fishing dock
4)back up so u hit the dock
5)RIGHT when u hit it, run foward and KEEP GOIN!

i had it happen with my friend at my house once i was diggin soemthing up at my house.. and my friend was fishin and then she was able to move around..

No he doesn't, btw there is a much easyer way to do that and he wants it so you can do it EVERYWHERE.

Swim and enter the dock in the exact same time, by running a bit midair into the bottom tip of the dock.

I know the glitch, This only works at your estate pond or the Donald's Dock Playground pond, first u get infront of dock, then go swim underneath it, then swim backwords at the sametime holding down the home key, then if u see your screen viberating while your toon has a rod, u did it correctly, Good luck doing it!!!
