Strange CFO bug

Anyone else experience this? The CFO has a safe on his head but you can't see it? After numerous goons not having any effect and a bunch of "throw a safe now!" phrases directed at me, I figured it out. I threw a safe and knocked off the helmet I couldn't see. I heard it go "thwump" off his head. That's Creepy!
