Sad with 26 laugh points?

My New toon Miss Pebble was helping some lvl 15 laugh toons in DD when the second one got sad but I ended up in the playground. I had 26/31 Laugh when it sent me to the PG with no laugh points and all my gags gone. Anyone else ever run into this one?

There used to be a bug where it appeared that you were getting hit above you laugh points in one round when in reality it was just calculating all the damage from that round before hand.

However i dont think this is the cause, the only thing i can think of is if you were lagging and missed out in the action, and you caught up just in time to see yourself get sad.

Other than that i have no clue

DOH! Now that seriosly is not right. I know from other games, you get kicked out of a zone if your over the Max Life points. But something about that is not right.
