Is this glitch fixed? if no, cna someone tell me how to do it?

PS: this is WALK IN BATTLE GLITCH, NOT VP GLITCH.

Actually I had that happen to me once before with a Micromanger in Minne's Melodyland. I have no idea how that happened but it was really weird and also funny.
