ANGEL GLITCH new glitch we found!

i saw 3 people do that in the elevator once when we were going in a bldg.
they were talking to each other and all of a sudden all 3 of them just flew up and didnt come back. i was like howd they do that ?! if anyone knows how to do that plz PM me and let me know how ?
