~*Omgg, I dont know how this happened but I tried to Teleport to my friend and it said "At Estate your Not Friends with" and then I am back at my estate and then then I pop by the river at our estate and I look and -Its not that I am just words thats because I pressed tab once-...*~

That's a bug (or glitch, dunno) it gets rid of your houses (well, you know....) and sometimes, it makes you not able to talk in your estate, so if your friend comes (which you can't whisper to either) you can just do emotes (yes will make you nod only) and try to emote your meaning out.
