Im trying to make an All-Glitch tt movie

Yesterday i saw a thread that wasnt in the glitch part of the forum and it had a cool movie about glitches...i wanna make that same thing but put a LOT more glitches in it...umm the guy that made that movie made it with windows movie maker but i dont know how to use it...if some1 tells me ill get to make that glitch movie that will help and answer many toons questions...
