I bet its the one where a toon says something REALLY fast over and over. If it is, someone already asked on another post.

It was stated that it was a macro program that allowed this, or that they lagged so much that their speedchat came out really fast. (I've done the macro one... cough cough)

It's not a glitch, it's a program you get from the store, using this, you could get banned from TT or pay a fine, it is cheating. Cheating on a game isn't super bad, but there still is consequenses, you probaly wouldn't be able to do it unless you buy this program from the store.

The program allows you to do things at fast speeds. One time I was in TTC and a duck ran double the speed I was running. This is also how people get the 1 minute times on the cicuit and such.

No that is a speed program, pushing speedchat in a speed program would just make the bubble disapear very fast. What is actualy happening is the person keeps making lag and pushing the speechat they want, and to other people they will see them saying it super fast. Some people also marco a phrase witch means they tell a program that every time they press 1 (example) they say Hi!

hmm did you get banned? *cough cough* why would anyone want macro program, its a really bad cheat, that how most people get doodles maxxed because they get away with macroing, it gets me so mad....me and my friend think that sometimes toontown slacks on watching people with illegal things

macro program! hah, that can only make u go so fast i've downloaded one of the best macro programs and doesnt even comes close to that. i know how u do it as a matter of fact im the current champ. five mins straight and i aint telling!!.... hmm but im nice a clue it's a combo first the slow down glitch most ppl use f9 some use something else the rest is for u to figure out
