What's happening??????

I just looked around this site for a little while when...this happened:


And when i left my neighborhood everyone was missing color on their faces and, as in the picture, writing became very hard to read.
WHAT IS HAPPENING??????????????????
P.S. I accidentally went back on Toontown and... it got worse!Everyone, except on their faces, went pitch black!

This happens to me every once in awhile too, I think it's when you minimize in regular mode (not windowed mode) this happens, but it only happens sometimes, that's the only times it happens to me, so I just went into windowed mode and it stopped.
