It has happened to me and it is very frustrating. It turned out to be a RAM problem for me. I pulled out all of my RAM but one gig chip and the problem was solved. I suggest you do a memory check.

I saw this in another thread / site concerning this same problem.

Call the or send the MOUSE a bug report.

That was what Disney suggested to me, well, rather, to use DirectX over OpenGL, etc. Worth a shot.

Thank you for your recent bug report.

We believe that running Toontown in DirectX 9 mode will help solve your
problem.

Configuring Disney's Toontown Online to use DirectX9:
- Click on the "Start" button
- Click on "Run..."
- In the box that comes up, type (including the quotation marks):
"C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\Configrc.exe" -dx9 -save
- Click OK
NOTE: A black box may pop up and disappear. This is normal.
- Restart Toontown
