i don't no if anyone else got this but i am having a bug in the site 4 toontown and it says like Warning: can't locate toontown/play/1400

It's back online, that happens to everyone when their MySQL Server goes down. (MySQL is a database where they can back stuff up aka System Restore on Windows XP)
