Try reporting it by getting a picture of it by going to Toontown press F9 to take a picture of it exit Toontown and go to the Toontown website press Help then Report a bug then Report a Crash, technical Problem, or gamplay issue. Then describe what it is and stuff and enter you email then to put the screenshot in click browse and go to My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Disney>Disney Online>Toontown and find your picture then click Send Bug Report.
Wait till you get an email from them telling you what you can do other than that That's never happened to me so I don't know what to do.
Oh, and if they don't send an email you can ask somone else for help.
