Cogs on top of each other?

I found this weird glitch in Donalds Dock! There were 2 cog one was kinda like he was on top of the other and they were both walking in the same direction. It was weird! I took screenshots but have no idea how to post them.......

thats cool but weird, ahhh when i was in lawbot hq i got hit by a lvl 10 cog, and then there were 2 other lvl 10s waiting there im like omg! but i was also in this bldg and this toon ended up standing right in the middle of our bldg and i was the only one who could see it.

Its because cogs walk on specified paths on the streets. When a cog is spawned, theres that chance that he'll walk right into another cog.

i saw that before i even saw a 7 face in the east silo

it was a 2 face, another 2 face, and another cog all into 1 cog, some going diff directions but trapped in 1 cog

A Number Changer would make more sence...............A cog that change's
number's so he can mess up the buisness money. (since the Cogs are a buisness.)
