AHHHHH! I Need some help

UGH! This quest is KILLING MEEEEEE I need 1 more 4+ Bossbot building, and no on is on right now. Could somone possibly run me through it? Post what district and where to meet. Buildings can be anywhere, but has to be 4+ bossbot!
