0 laff lost? Cool!

Last night was interesting. The game responded when I hit ESC each time, and I jumped off the table before the CEO could come near me or hit me with gears/golf balls.

I kept my laff. Not a single loss.

I noticed no one at the golf balls. I can't say that was a factor, but maneuverability must have been good for everyone to have everyone rotating table duty. There wasn't any accessible snacking noises either, just short ones like touch-ups. We were done ahead of time, about 20-25 for the run in all.

Just goes to show when the game WORKS, it's a much better experience.

I noticed that the release notes for version sv1.0.32.19 say the following:

Fixed issue that would cause particularly lagged Toons to look like they are flattened by the C.E.O. even though they actually did hop off the table in time.

I wonder if this fixes the bug where you get flattened even when the CEO is a full table away from you. Has anyone experienced this bug in the last few days?

If anything, it's happened to me more often now since the update.

On topic, though, that's pretty awesome.

I have yet to finish a CEO without losing any laff points. There's always something... the glitch mentioned in the quote above me, clicking escape and not leaving the table, and my "favorite"... pressing escape to leave the table while still holding the Control key, causing my start menu to open.

aaargh me too

And my keyboard is less than 2 weeks old and I cant tell you how many times the ` showed up in SF chat window for me as I got flattened

I lost 20 laff today just serving the cogs. I got stuck in the conveyor belt somehow. I got 5 laff taken off 4 times before I was able to get away from it. It was like I was glued to it. Very strange.
