You are correct, there is no laff boost at BC12 but you do have to get 23300, the stock options needed before a laff boost are in bold and italics.

I have fixed on problem at BC Level 16, I listed it as needing 5550 when you only need 3770. I did one more once over and I pretty sure everything is correct now.
