If the CEO gets in a position like the first thumbnail at the bottom, you'll be in for quick damage. Just make sure you're not run over.
Keep moving at all costs. It is vital.
Use the table jumping technique. When he targets you, jump on a table.

Post any tips you know as well. You'll get credit.
