Yes, everytime I try to CEO in river It's atleast 5-10 minutes of shuffle. Plus, once you finally do get in you usually end up leaving in seltzer round. Just my experience. It's not that the people in river are necessarily bad players, they're just inexperienced as far as the CEO battle.
