I am trying use the mouse for aiming (as suggested in the guide) so it prevents me from keeping it above the leave button. I am getting better at releasing the control key before pressing the escape key it gets me if I am in a rush (which means there is no time to recover). If there is no way to prevent this (windows configuration), I think it would be useful in the guide as something to watch out for as can't be the only toon who is having this problem.
Try using the right hand for the arrow keys (and the mouse), use the left hand for the Ctrl Key then when you need to hit Esc key, you will automaticly leave the Ctrl key. works well

Does the damage the CEO does keep increasing after he destroys the second food conveyor belt? He only did 31 to me, not 39. Although shortly after that i got stuck. I was soloing him at that last part and he ran me over, he wouldn't ever move after that, lol. That's what I get for being risky like that. He just sat there and used FORE about 100 times lol. Also how slow is the CEO when his rollers r red. I've only gotten him down to pink and he still was pretty quick. Is it a BIG decrease when he hits red?

I thought that disney changed it in regards to the CEO running over a toon that is alone. I know that was a problem before; the CEO not moving off of a toon, but someone posted here on TTC that, that was not the case anymore. I guess it still is a problem. Also, when his treads are red, he is very much slower than when his treads are gray. You have plenty of time to move out of the way as he approaches you when his treads are red. It does make a huge difference.

cool. And yes I guess it is still a problem with the lone toon and CEO. I guess it's hard to catch a problem like that though since u normally don't have 1 toon versus the CEO. I will try to get him in red. Is it possible to do that with a small amount of golfers or does he recover too quickly? Also, evr since i got my boss suit all i do is the cog bosses. Me and my friends go a lot lately. I was wondering if u'd like to join me on some runs. You seem to enjoy the bosses just like me and I think we could be good friends. Just let me know if u'd like to join me. Ok thanx.

I would recommend using 4 golfers to turn his treads red, because it can be done within a few minutes. I have never seen any less than 3 toons turn them red. Once his treads are red, it takes about 4 or 5 min for them to turn pink with no one golfing. If one toon stays golfing after his treads are red, it takes a little longer. Oh I love doing boss runs. The CJ i dont do much because its too boring now, but I am up for anything. Let me know.

Just finished my 1st CEO with CCG and it seemed rather easy. I'm a flunky V2 now. Many thanks to the wonderful writers on this forum and to the people who made videos of BB battles. It was a ginormous help.

i do have a question. Please bear with me and allow me to set it up.

I watched two videos. In one video nobody golfed and everybody died. The CEO ran around yelling "Fore!" so fast that they hardly had a chance to shoot any seltzer. In the second video they only had six toons but split into two groups of three. Three golfer and three seltzer. The CEO hardly moved or yelled "fore!" for the entire battle. They dispensed with him rather quickly and efficiently.

Golfing looked way easy, even easier than lawbot stunning (and it is). So I golfed my first battle. But I was the only toon golfing. Everyone else was trying to seltzer. (Hint, when he yells "Fore!" click exit and run to next golf ball. For some reason he never hits you and you never need snacks when you do this).

At any rate ... here is my question.

If I am the only one golfing then how much difference can I really make? Is it a waste of time if no one else golfs?

One golfer question

Yes, one golfer is a waste of time.. you need three good golfers or 4 average ones.

Also, remember, it's not how hard you hit him with the golf balls, it's how often, short quick strokes is good enough most of the time.. 1/4 for most tables out of the tap range..

If you are the only one golfing, you will rarely make a difference. Whenever I see one of my friends as the only golfer, I tell them they won't help and to move to seltzer. If there are 2 or 3 toons golfing, I don't really pay much attention to them, as I'm fine either way, unless the treads are not moving colors. Then you start to wonder.

And with moving to another tee... that works on the tables, too. If you are off a table and he yells fore or throws the golf balls at you, jump on the table if you can. He will never hit you, unless someone is behind you and you get their shot. Then, you get extra time to shoot, causing the game to go a tad faster.

As for your videos, when were they made? I've done CEOs with no golfers and gotten through very easily. It works either way, it also depends on the skill of your team and how much lag there is. So the vids may not be helpful in determining which is better.

Congrats on your first CEO!

The strategies used vary depending on the group going in. I have been in many golf-less and golfing CEOs and I do see the benefit of both. Golf-less CEOs are generally run by more experienced toons because it does seem that he attacks more often when his treads are gray. The fastest CEOs I have been in are golf-less ones, but its only a few minutes faster than a group that splits between golfing and squirting. I have tested this with the same group of 8 toons and the golf-less is faster, but there are also more CEO attacks. CEOs where toons golf are easier because he does attack less and move slower which is a huge benefit for a group that is not superbly experienced. I dont mind either, but if going with random toons I would lean more towards a golfing CEO battle.

You are completely right when it comes to dodging his attacks, if you step off the table or golfing tee then move back a bit the CEO will not hit you.

When it comes to golfing, if you see yourself or one other golfing it is a huge waste of time, because I have never seen 2 golfing toons turn his treads red. I highly recommend 4 toons for this. With 4 good golfers, his treads can be turned red within a few minutes. The only time it does make a difference is if his treads are already red, one golfer can sustain his treads red for a longer duration than if all 4 toons moved to the tables.

I wasn't sure. On the one hand, it seemed like he didn't yell "Fore" unless i missed him. But on the other hand, maybe he just doesn't yell "Fore" all that much in the first place. Either way, I appreciate your advice. In future battles I won't be the only golfer.

Pink slips are awarded after each successful CEO battle win. For each successful CEO battle win, anywhere from 1-5 pink slips are awarded, depending on the average cogsuit level. Higher average cogsuit level CEO's offer more pink slips. Pink slips are used to help demote/fire cogs in any battle sequence. One pink slip will fire any cog of any level, even V2.0 cogs.

You can get 5 pink slips for one CEO? WOW! I never knew that. I always get one. I'm a Downsizer level 5.

Yup. Take a look at this thread, The Chief Executive Officer: Cogsuit Levels and CEO Difficulty to see how the CEO battle changes as more higher suits are loaded in the elevator.

Pink Slips

Is there anyway to tell how many pink slips you currently have?
