Toontown needs "fish invasions"

Kind of like a red tide... e.g. suddenly Gigglyfield is swarming with Jellyfish for 30 minutes, all fish caught are PB&J fish, and Brrrgh fishertoons fish and steal docks like crazy for half an hour trying for a 1 in 2000 shot at catching a Concord instead of the usual 1 in 20,000 or more.

Good idea but thats kind of the fun of it. The fish being so rare and you finally get it. Still a pretty good idea though.
