Any UNDER 119 laffers who have all species?

I'm wondering if anyone has caught ALL species without being 119 laff (or close).

Due to having so many toons, I've never bothered to max any in VP and CFO, so I'm a lowly 109 on my highest. My husband and I have been actively fishing for months to get the last two species with no luck. Are we wasting our time now?

No actually that's what I did on my rabbit. I caught all the fish first and then maxxed out cashbot and sellbot. Either way your gonna end up with the same result. Although, I liked the idea of getting the time-consuming fish out of your hair, and then relaxing in the HQ's. Ultimately, its your decision.

I believe mick on this site has a sub 100 toon who has all the fish.

I have a friend whos 23 laffs and has 68 fish i think.

Mick's toon herb, a purple duck i believe, got his 70th when he was 98 making him 99. I know LGZII got his earlier than 119, I am not sure the exact laff for him tho.. you'll have to ask him.

edit: I guess LGZII was 110 laff after he got his 70th. Other than those 2 I have no idea.

max mcwoof has a number of toons that has all 70 fish
ummmmm hmmm well my cousin just caught his devil ray.....on the first day he tried toontown at 17 laff....can you beleave that! o.0 i didnt untill i saw for myself

herb caught all his fish at 98 laff! He's now working on maxing the HQ's. He's 118 laff now with maxxed GSW.
