Herb 70/70 at 98 lp

My 2nd 70/70
ok heres the tale, reached 64 fish 61 days ago, have been doing approx 2200 fish everyday for all that time and have made toptoons for all but 8 of them.

total fish 148,000 (not inc boots)
total fish for grizzly last fish, 54,000 (22 days)
I have my daily stats in excel format if anyone wants them. may i say a big thanx to all my friends who fished with me, to all the people who dragged me away wanting help and of course the stinkers.

Congrats! It's nice to see you finally got them! Didn't I her you say a month back grizz only takes a couple days lol? Could have been someone else but.... That fish took long for me too. A week and a half around 4000 fish a day. Which averages out to around the same same time you got him. (guesstamate) I guess Lgz I got lucky with him, only taking 3 days!

So, two toons with 70 now! Awesome job! No one can ask did you get lucky or work for it now to you! How about a 3rd toon now?

61 days did you say? 2 months of fishing everday! You really work for something when you want it! See you around the hqs!

I really appreciate the statistics you shared with us. I am pretty confident that I have caught at least 145,000 fish by now and I still can’t seem to catch the last 2 fish. Since you have become (in my opinion) somewhat of an expert on catching all 70 species, I was wondering if you could enlighten me on the strategies you used while fishing:
1. Do you fish in certain districts for certain amounts of time?
2. How many buckets do you catch before moving to next district?
3. If you catch a certain weight fish at a pond do you stay there longer than usual?
4. Do you alternate between streets and playgrounds or just stay in playgrounds?
5. Do you notice any changes in fishing before you catch a new species like a lot of new records or boots etc?
If you could share your observations I would be eternally grateful because it’s lonely out here fishing for hours, days, weeks, and months alone…lol. By the way, congratulations on two 70 fish toons…that is absolutely amazing! If I can ever get Ear Whacks maxed on fishing I will probably never fish again!

I'd like to see the responses to those questions as well, needing possibly the same two fish? I'm, needing the Full Moon and the Grand on Houlihan, and I have no stats recorded, tops toons maybe only once, but have fished quite a bit IMO, months etc...and random fishing.

For what it's worth...
I found I got quite a few new records, around the time I caught my last two new species, the Concord, and Devil Ray. Having caught TWO Concords while looking for the FULL MOON, I don't try to understand how this silly system works, but would still love to hear any other experiences toons have had on this tiring quest.

Congratulations herb!... Im not sure exactly you want to hear scout mama... But I usually stuck with the same fishing area when tring to find my last 6 fish. Siamese cat ~35 minutes elm street.... 65th fish. then Baby grand piano~40 minutes in Tenor Terrance. 66th fish.(same day)..... then next day Grizzly BEar... 5 minutes brrgh pg. 67th fish....then Grand piano 15 minutes... mml pg... 68th fish...... then All star.. a few days 69th fish... then full moon 2week .. but i only fished about an hour a day... Final fish... it took about 3 or 4 weeks for my last 6 fish... and i only fished an hour USUally and on some days i went all out and fished 5 hours. and some days no fishing at all... the only weird expirience i had was w/ the all star... i did fish about 5 hrs one day for it...and 5 days before that... But when I got it i was happy then... 5 minutes later i caught another one -_- lol... oh well.. good luck with your last few fish.
