Isnt it VERY RARE to catch the Frozen Fish with bamboo rod because on my baby toon 55 laff bamboo rod (40/70 fish) i caught it first cast 8 lbs and after that i caught it about 9 more times within 3 buckets i think i got lucky lol but u tell me!

frozen fish is always the first fish my toons catch when they get the bamboo rod. I do not think it is rare.
