A friend told me, to stick to the same district, same pond, same dock and fish about 50 to 100 buckets and there's a good chance you could catch whatever species you're looking for - however, it took them a week or so to catch the rarer species.
The fishing guide gives you idea's as to which pond the species have been caught the most. Also - highly recommended - do NOT buy the GOLD rod since you only need it for the last dog fish. What you can ask is which are the hardest to easiest fish to catch and try and go in that order. I still need the grizzly, concord and grand but since I hate fishing - it really doesn't bother me if I ever catch them. off the subject - same goes for racing - did way too much on test. |

50 to 100?
youd be lucky to get a ultra rare fish at 200 buckets. this is how long it took me to catch those fish.... Full Moon- havent caught it, been looking for it for 4 days now (last fish) Half Moon- 2 buckets, 5 minutes (try lullabye lane) Grizzly bear- 1 year of fishing off an on. (3000 fish after I was dedicated to catching it) try walrus way Concord- first bucket, wasnt looking for it. try TB playground. All Star- caught it while looking for full moon on lullabye lane. Devil ray- caught while looking for grizzly. TB PG Baby grand piano and grand piano- caught both in 1 day of fishing. BOTH are catchable in MM PG, so you should go there. Fishing requires dedication, if you want to catch these fish....fish till you get them. Last edited by Mooo Bunny; 10-07-2005 at 03:21 AM. |
