Sea Horse - Any Pond
Sea Horse = 12-16 lbs. any pond ( very common / common* ) Hardwood Rod, 13-19 JB
Rocking Sea Horse = 14-18 lbs. any pond ( common ) Steel Rod, 18-21 JB Clydesdale Sea Horse = 14-20 lbs. Estates ( rare ), DG ( very rare ) Steel Rod, 26-30 JB Arabian Sea Horse = 14-20 lbs. BTW, if you didn't figure it out already, the best way to catch the rarer sea horses (or any other fish in your estate like holey mackerel) is to wait for Bingo Wednesday, when you can sell your fish instantly rather than TP'ing back to a playground after every bucket.
