Has anyone caught the last 5 fish in 1 week?

I wonder if catching the last few fish is not tied as much to the number of fish caught but more the ammount of time that has gone by. I've just spent the last 3 days catching what has to be close to 10,000 fish by now with no new species. I think I will finish my HW suit then come back to fishing in a week or 2.

Of course I could be wrong all together. I want to believe catching fish is not tied to luck since Disney obviously keeps track of the number of fish you have caught since there is a top toon list, and most likely even keeps track of the types of fish you have caught which would be reflected in the fact they keep track of boots.

I'm a fisherman at the end of my dock...

But really, has anyone caught their last 5 fish in a 7 day period? Just curious.

I don't think it's possible to get the last 5 in a week. It took me a couple months, and about the same w/ everyone else I know. Concord alone took me a couple weeks of hard fishing.

Thanks for the answer. I am down to 3 fish, but I caught the full moon and grand 3 days ago so I thought I would just keep trying to get the rest but no luck yet, maybe I should just keep trying and prove that it can be done...or not...

At this point I think I can say with some pretty good certainty there is a time component invloved in catching fish. Just like you can't just get the 10,000 bean bank until it comes in the Catalog, I do not think you can just fish for fish and get them. All 3 of the last fish I have to catch can be caught in Brggh PG: Grizzly, All Star, and Concord. I have to be coming up on 12,000 fish in that PG since I last caught a new species which was in DDL 4 days now. Anyway, by the few responses I have seen to this post I think it is safe to say that no toon has caught their last 5 fish in 1 week. That would lead to the next obvious question. What is the fastest anyone has caught their last five fish. or say their last 4 or 3 etc...

Its harder to catch some of the light fish with gold. Becuz i was a missing a Balloon fish (really sad) and it took me lik 15 buckets....its was the water balloon fish.....isnt that sad. But yet I kept catching heavy fishes. SO also it deals with teh variety you have. for example. It would be easier to catch a old king crab with a twig rod. than a gold rod. You have less fish to catch.

I saw you fishing beside me in the wee hours a few days ago and knew you were on Top Toons for fiishing and had read your posts so I actually felt BAD for you however ELATED for my friend Tiffany who caught both the Concord and another of your 5 within one hour in the same pond, same district in DD Playground on that same night.... I knew you needed it and the more fishing done the better the odds I would have to think.....
Heres some conjecture...
I also think someone fishing who has say the Grizzly, fishing next to you can perhaps draw it out.. how many new records can there be on the ultra rares??? If all 117 toons fished would it draw more to the surface rofl - but perhaps a real possibility.....

Back 3 months or so, a toon named In Cog Neat O hit the front page of Disney Newsletter with a WHOPPING 49,000 fish caught record which my dear shows you how ludicrious this fishing nonsense is- stats from other toons added up are also didn't rival his but they are so ridculous and to think a 12 year old child would or could possibly spend that kind of time and effort to get 117 is hideous so I strongly advise EVERYONE I know to hit the bug report page let aloand voice the opinion- they do LISTEN problem is not enough "reports" or feedback was received until the last 2-3 months for them to change anything....
IN MY NON FISHERWOMAN opinion, I've repeated throughout these forums over and over... I have one word for you..... BINGO!! It certainly has taken a ton of folks out of 116 into 117 on that particular day... and it makes sense the ODDS with all that fishing going on HAVE to be VASTLY improved for all.

IF ANYONE has caught any othe these 5 prior to being 116 or has them all catches on a twig or hardwood I'd also like to c a post to that effect.....
WE ALL SEEM TO BE LACKING THE IDENTICAL FISH- regardless of laff and rod

Good Luck.... and everyone should at least attempt a report regarding the fishing in my opinion- there is definitely power in numbers....

About In Cog Neat O, what did he get on for 49 thousand fish caught, the front page when you first click to play TT, top toons, the news letter which comes every month, or the news letter thats emailed to you, cuz dependin on which one it is a different toon has made 3 times the fish he caught, 128,687 fish by a toon who im goin to see what his name is.
