I caught the Concord Grape PB&J fish today! (Also a question about the Balloon fish)
On my fourth bucket I caught this elusive creature. It was on Walrus Way.
Also, I caught a Balloon fish worth 37 JB's, but I didn't take a pisture of it. I looked at Batleth's Guide and didn't see any balloon fish worth that much. Has anyone else caught this Ballooon fish worth so many JB's? And one more thing, I haven't had any net negative buckets while fishing the last few days. I'm usually pulling in a net gain of 100 JB's on average (with a Gold Rod).

Nice catch.
Was this a regular balloon fish that was worth 37 jbs.? Most aren't worth much at all. 2-7 beans. The most is worth 11-19 beans. It's possible that disney changed the value of beans they are worth, but not very likely. I'll go do some fishing and see what I'm coming up with. Was this caught on open or test? |

Balloon fish was caught on open. (Don't remember what subspecies it was)
 I thought it was sort of a bonus. I was catching monsters at the time, like Bear Acudas worth 45 (which is pretty normal) and Piano tuna. I had almost 300 JB's for one bucket. I didn't even think about the abnormal value until I started reading the Guide. I think I'm going to start fishing in a window and keeping the Guide and TUFS in another window. I think I also saw that the Bull Dog Fish can only be caught with a gold rod- I could have sworn that I caught it before I got the gold rod. I've caught 5 new species in three days (which is cool because I haven't caught anything new in 6 weeks). 62/70- Guess that means only three more months of intensive fishing.

I got 69 fish. The only fish I need is the Grand Piano Tuna.

I caught mine today at 8:40 AM Giggly Point in the Brrrgh with my twig rod!
Sorry, I was fishing to fast so I didn't get a picture of it but heres a pic of my shticker book! |
